Stephanie is a sound & energy healer whose journey began with a profound calling to reconnect with the wisdom of the stars, leading her to immerse in the transformative power of vibration, frequency and multidimensional healing.

Lolo Sound & Energy was born out of this exploration, and greater understanding into the nature of the worlds around us and within us.

Her calming, soulful sessions blend earthy elemental energies with cosmic frequencies, empowering you to see your own light from within and realigning you with the universal flow.

WHAT IS ENERGY?

Everything is energy!

You, me, the rocks, the trees, the sunlight… and everything in between.

Emotions, music, special moments shared with family & friends, watching the sun rise and set, hearing the birds sing, or the gentle sound of ocean waves, the quiet presence of a dearly loved pet sleeping beside you, the sweaty freedom of a dance floor, or when you catch eyes with someone across a room and you feel that spark, the rush you get when you’re learning to surf and you catch that first wave and feel so so alive, feeling the wind in your hair when you drive with the window down, or laughing with loved ones and noticing how your heart swells and time seems to pause with how much you love them.

It’s all Energy - a language we intuitively understand.

EXPERIENCES THAT GO BEYOND THE MIND

Throughout my life I have been sensitive to energies, and at times truly awestruck by beautiful moments of connectedness, and big inner shifts brought about through the deep presence felt while outside in nature, meditating, doing yoga and listening to live music. Experiences that transcend belief and tune into the awareness of a larger reality.

One day I was walking in the park and took a photograph of a flower as it had made me smile. When I got home I started making mirror images using that photo out of curiosity. The mirror images revealed the most beautiful fractal patterns. The colours and patterns felt alive to me, they emitted an energy, an aliveness that I could feel in my physical body, it was a tangible, good sensation combined with an elevated emotion. This was even more notable as it happened during a period of deep depression, at a time where I had chosen to end an unfulfilling and toxic chapter of life, but not yet figured out what to do next.

Over the coming years I used my creative practice as an artist to explore what I called The Aliveness Of Light. My research led me to the work of mathematician Benoit Mandelbrot, the Fractal Geometry of Nature, and Quantum Physics which suggests the interconnectedness of all things and beings and the connection of our minds with a cosmic mind.

THE POWER OF NOW

Post lockdown I was walking outside in the park again, when suddenly my body was flooded with sensation. My feet planted to the ground and my hands became incredibly hot. Inside of that moment time slowed down and my awareness connected to a vast pillar of light-consciousness, which was flowing from the cosmos through my physical body and rippling out into the world.

Soon after, the opportunity came up to study sound & energy healing with Maria Lodetoft - Sound & Frequency Master. This was an obvious next step for me to further explore and understand the subtle yet powerful energies within the body and the mind. Through learning how to work intentionally with frequency, and how to facilitate spaces for people to receive the benefits of these practices, Lolo Sound & Energy was born.

We are living in a fascinating time, where the understanding of modern science is aligning with ancient wisdom. I am here to help you reconnect with your power so that collectively we can create our best future for ourselves and the planet.
