In a one-to-one energy healing session we work on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels of your body at the same time. This can be done in person or remotely, both are equally effective, as when we are working with the quantum field energy is non-local, meaning that physical distance is not an obstacle, therefore energy is sent and received instantly at the speed of thought.
Galactic Reiki builds on the traditional Reiki principles,

Galactic Reiki is a beautiful, nurturing, healing modality, working with universal life force energy combined with channeled cosmic frequencies.
In a one-to-one energy healing session we work on your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels of the body at the same time.
In a Lolo Signature Session you are welcomed into a warm, sacred space of deep connection with your divine self.
Stephanie works with her voice to channel high-frequency sounds. These transmissions bypass the thinking mind but are understood by the body.
It is a multi dimensional form of communication that speaks directly to your soul.
Using a variety of instruments as needed, and essential oils to gently awaken the senses, you are guided into a place of calm presence and relaxation. She works intuitively with the pure frequency of channeled light language combined with the gentle touch of galactic reiki to release what is no longer serving your highest good, allowing you the space to receive the healing and upgrades available to you in that moment.
The reiki then flows seamlessly into a sound bath using frosted quartz crystal bowls to harmonise your energy field, and allowing the high frequency energy you have received to integrate and settle into the physical body. All while you lay comfortably, letting the sounds wash blissfully over you.
You will have time at the end of the session for conversation before you depart.
Remote Reiki

Stephanie works intuitively feeling into your energy field and will channel galactic reiki directly to you, using gentle touch, as well as working in the subtle energy field surrounding your physical body. You will be invited to share your intention for the session before beginning, which will guide the energy flow to where it is needed. We begin by clearing and releasing any energetic blockages that no longer serve your highest good. We then restore and re-balance your individual energy field.
Reiki & Sound Healing

In a Reiki & Sound Healing Session you will get to enjoy the benefit of receiving a fusion of these complimentary modalities. Your session will begin with the use of delicate instruments and essential oils to awaken the senses and soften the mind. You will be invited to create an intention for the session which will guide the energy to where it is needed. Stephanie moves intuitively, using gentle touch, as well as working in the subtle energy field surrounding you. A restorative crystalline sound bath will follow on seamlessly from the reiki, giving you ample time to relax and soften deeper into full presence and alignment.
In Person Reiki

Stephanie will channel galactic reiki directly to you remotely working with the chakras to rebalance your energetic system and bring elevation or grounding as needed. We will clear and release energetic blockages that no longer serve your highest good, and then restore and re-balance your individual energy field. A remote session is just as effective as in-person. In the quantum field energy is non-local, meaning that physical distance is not an obstacle, energy is sent and received instantly at the speed of thought.
