In a one-to-one galactic reiki session we work on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels of your body at the same time. This can be done in person or remotely, both are equally effective.
Galactic Reiki builds on the traditional Reiki principles, bridging universal life force energy with elevated cosmic frequencies, promoting deep relaxation, and supporting the bodies own natural ability to heal.

In a one-to-one energy healing session we work on your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels of the body at the same time. This can be done in person or remotely, both are equally effective as when we are working with the quantum field energy is non-local, meaning that physical distance is not an obstacle, as energy is sent and received instantly at the speed of thought.
Clear & Release
We begin by clearing and releasing any energetic blockages that no longer serve your highest good.
Restore & Rebalance
We then restore and re-balance your individual energy field.
Light Language, Reiki & Sound
Lolo Signature Session
In Person | 2hrs
In a Lolo Signature Session you are welcomed into a warm sacred space of deep connection with your divine self. Stephanie uses a variety of shamanic instruments and essential oils to gently awaken the senses and guide you into a place of calm presence and relaxation. She works intuitively with the pure frequency of light language channeled codes combined with the gentle touch of galactic reiki to release what is no longer serving your highest good, allowing you the space to receive the healing and upgrades available to you in that moment. The reiki then flows seamlessly into a sound bath using frosted quartz crystal bowls to harmonise your energy field, and allowing the high frequency reiki received to integrate and settle into the physical body, while you lay comfortably, blissfully letting the sounds wash over you.
You will have time at the end of the session for a little conversation before you depart.
Intuitive Healing
In Person or Remote | 40mins
In an Intuitive Healing Session Stephanie will channel galactic reiki directly to you either in person or remotely. You will be invited to share your intention for the session before beginning, and then the energy will flow as it needs.
Reiki & Sound Healing
In Person | 60mins
In a Reiki & Sound Healing Session you will get to enjoy the benefit of receiving a fusion of these complimentary modalities. Your session will begin with the use of delicate instruments and essential oils to awaken the senses and soften the mind. You will be invited to create an intention for the session which will guide the energy to where it is needed. Stephanie will move intuitively, using gentle touch, as well as working in the subtle energy field surrounding you. A restorative crystalline sound bath will follow on seamlessly from the reiki, giving you ample time to relax and soften deeper into full presence and alignment.
Chakra Balancing
In Person or Remote | 40mins
In an Chakra Balancing Session Stephanie will channel galactic reiki directly to you either in person or remotely. We will work with each chakra in turn to rebalance your energetic system, to bring elevation or grounding as needed.
Light Language Healing
In Person | 40mins
In a Light Language Session Stephanie works with her voice to channel high-frequency sounds. These transmissions bypass the thinking mind but are received and understood by the body. It is a multi dimensional form of communication that speaks directly to your soul.
